Eligibility

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Chelodo B.V. and meet all eligibility requirements.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Chivent:

◦ Attempting to access or interfere with our services, servers, or networks.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Content Ownership and License

By uploading content, you grant Chivent a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to scan, collect, and store your content on Chivent's servers, third-party external servers, or cloud services used to operate the platform. This license allows us to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and enabling your use of the services.

Payment Terms

Currently, Chivent operates on a one-time payment model. However, we reserve the right to introduce subscription plans in the future. Should we do so, the relevant terms and pricing will be updated and communicated to you in advance.

Disclaimer

Chivent does not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Chivent and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Chivent and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.
