  • AI Design Feature: Your prompt text and reference images are transmitted to our AI provider(s) to generate design outputs.
  • AI-Powered Smart Tagging: Photos or videos you upload may be processed by our AI provider(s) to automatically generate descriptive tags (e.g., "dancing," "group photo"), helping you organize your album.

Our current AI provider is Google LLC (Gemini model via Google Cloud, United States). Data transfers are safeguarded under approved data protection mechanisms. We store the prompts and outputs to allow you to access them and to monitor for misuse. We DO NOT USE your data to train our AI models. Only authorized personnel have access to this data, and we implement strict security measures to protect it.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide the Service you requested and fulfill our obligations under our Terms of Service.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that your information, including data sent to our AI providers in the United States, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state or country.
